Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to customers who visit the Capalona website, start the application process, provide a valid email address and submit the Capalona customer feedback survey.

2. Customers who submit a valid customer feedback survey will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win an Amazon.co.uk eGift Card with a maximum value of £50. Multiple entries will not be counted.

3. From all the surveys completed during the previous month, a winner will be chosen at random before the end of the following month. The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially by Capalona.

4. The Amazon.co.uk eGift Card will be sent to the email address provided during the application process and within 5 days of the winner being drawn, or as soon as reasonably practicable. Capalona accepts no liability for any delay in delivery of the prize.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for customer feedback surveys that are ineligible, lost, or delayed. Capalona accepts no responsibility for customer feedback surveys not successfully completed due to technical faults, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.

6. Capalona accepts no liability for any delay in delivery of the Amazon.co.uk eGift Card.

7. The Amazon.co.uk eGift Card is not transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

8. The prize draw is limited to a maximum of one Amazon.co.uk eGift Card worth £50 per entry, per month. Only the email address associated with the customer feedback survey may redeem the Amazon.co.uk eGift Card. The gift card cannot be transferred to a third party.

9. Capalona reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend any or all elements of this prize draw at any time by giving notice by email or on the Capalona website.

10. Capalona reserves the right to refuse an award where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, any instructions forming part of this prize draw, or where abuse is suspected. Capalona will be the final arbiter in any decisions and its decision is final and binding in all matters.

11. By participating in this prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

12. Capalona does not accept any liability in respect of any goods acquired with the Amazon.co.uk eGift Card.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Amazon is not a participant in or sponsor of this prize draw.

15. Typeform is not a participant in or sponsor of this prize draw.
